Why on wheels?
A planter filled with soil is heavy, so it can only be prepared at its final location, unless it's on wheels. Overwintering it is also easier.
The second reason is obvious: A mobile planter box is always located wherever you want it.
No lugging required. As they say in California: I don't want to haul this...
