Reinforced garden gate with a high-quality Plus fitting set for willow fences with a surrounding frame. The actual willow mat consists of pre-treated willow rods. Natural willow fencing is an age-old fencing concept. Modern willow fences are visually almost indistinguishable from their earlier counterparts, but are manufactured somewhat differently. After the willow rods are cut to approximately the same length, they are kiln-dried, treated with fungicide, and then given an oil bath. This is necessary because the natural rod is hardly resistant once cut from the plant. With the resurgence of naturalism, fence elements made of willow wood are currently very popular again. Over the long term, the wood develops a natural protective coating as it weathers to a gray patina.
The frame construction offers greater stability and increases durability through structural weather protection. The frame itself is made of brown-stained pine.
