Frost protection
Protects against frostbite during the winter - and against icy weather. Young trees in particular need peace and quiet to put down roots in the new place - this is where the plant protection mat helps you. It also acts as a non-toxic weed inhibitor. Keeps moisture and warmth around the trunk of the tree.
Mechanical protection function
The robust mat made from recycled car tires can easily be driven over with all mowers. In terms of effectiveness and sustainability, it also beats natural products such as the well-known coconut mat because it is recycled, lasts for several years and is very robust.
